The Bellevue Entrepreneur Center (BEC), a division of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, provides the counseling and resources for small and start up businesses in Bellevue and on the Eastside. With a focus on women and minority-owned businesses, the BEC has the following vision and mission.

Vision: Nurturing the American dream of small business ownership to strengthen and enrich our community.

Mission: To provide the counseling, education, connections and resources for women owned, minority owned and other underserved and aspiring businesses to overcome the barriers to business success.

The programs and services of the BEC are open to all businesses on the Eastside. The BEC provides small businesses on the Eastside with the following products and services:
