Advancing Leaders to Represent Business
Share |

The Bellevue Chamber’s Committee members, Board members, and Executive Committee members – as well as delegates to the East King County Chambers of Commerce Legislative Coalition and chamber executives throughout the Eastside – help keep the interests of business at the forefront of impactful discussions and decisions. To keep these pro-business efforts consistently sustainable the Bellevue Chamber relies on the Eastside Business Alliance, a political action committee dedicated to helping elect pro-business candidates to public office.

The Eastside Business Alliance

The Eastside Business Alliance is funded by the generous contributions of chamber members throughout the Eastside and Washington state and allows the Chamber to advocate on behalf of your business. The Eastside Business Alliance is dedicated to pro-growth policies and supporting pro-growth candidates for elected office.

Contributions to the Eastside Business Alliance have helped the Bellevue Chamber and the Eastside:

  • Identify potential candidates for office that will represent the broad interests of the business community to expand economic opportunity for everyone.
  • Successfully fund pro-business candidates who push a pro-business, pro-growth legislative agenda wants in office.
  • Help defend the business community against legislation and policies that are potentially harmful to the business community.
  • Ensure timely and continuing representation on Eastside city councils, the King County Council, and the Port of Seattle Commission.
  • Continually communicate with policymakers on the most important policy issues of the day.

A contribution to the Eastside Business Alliance is an investment in your business as well as the whole Eastside business community. The Eastside Business Alliance will take care of the politics. Business people can take care of their business.

Please note that donations to the Eastside Business Alliance are voluntary and not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Some non-profit organizations and agencies may be prohibited from giving political contributions. Non-profit organizations should check with their tax preparer.
