At Ascent Partners, we work with leaders and their teams to navigate the complex challenges of digital transformation. It’s a tough world and looks to get only tougher. And the toughest questions are always the human questions. As a result of our projects in Hawaii and Japan, we have come to see ourselves in the role of guides, helping clients to sharpen their human edge on a high stakes transformation journey. Our inspiration draws upon two ancient wayfinding traditions—the Polynesian Voyagers and Japan’s Samurai Warriors—which relied on the human capacity to navigate and survive in a challenging world.
