Washington DECA seeks judges for March 1 Career Development Conference

Thousands of young emerging leaders will be taking over the city of Bellevue starting Thursday, February 28 for the Washington State DECA Career Development Conference. Throughout the weekend, high school students will compete in various performance-based events that showcase their knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, hospitality and management.

Visit Bellevue and the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce are asking for the community to support Washington DECA by volunteering to be a judge on Friday, March 1st. As a judge for DECA, you will assess and evaluate teams of DECA students in competitive events, with the winning students moving on to compete at the International Career Development Conference.

If you are interested in volunteering to be a judge, simply click here to register. New Judge registration is easy, and beverages and lunch will be provided. The competition starts at 7:30am and concludes at 4:30pm at Meydenbauer Center.
