Robert Lebeck

With a career spanning 38 years, Rob has become more than a salesman or business owner. He prides himself as being a “Problem solver”. When he has wanted to satisfy a “problem” he didn’t feel was being met by the competition, on 3 separate occasions he went into business for himself. Most recently with Superior Housekeeping Service. With over 20 years as a sales representative (Inside, Outside and phone sales) and 35 years in customer service, Rob is highly effective on streamlining office operations and making tasks easier, more effective and operations more efficient.

Here’s how Rob is a “problem solver”: When a client needs their home cleaned but is short on time, Rob and his team rally with the customer to provide Bi-Weekly or Monthly service to keep the home looking spotless and freeing the client to do what they love & enjoy. Or the customer has a need or problem in their lives or office. They need bulk letters typed or they want to make sure their family is ok financially once they die. So he sees those needs or situations as "problems". Priding himself as being Open, Honest & Transparent he brings a solution with a product or service. He says he knows in his heart that it is genuinely a 100% solution to their needs. Rob says he never thinks of himself as a salesman, because in his mind a salesperson could be talking someone into something just because he happens to sell that product or service. A salesman "molds" the customer to his product. They both sell. Rob just solves problems. He also has 10 years in accounting and is highly skilled with Microsoft Office and types 70 wpm.
