Standard Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be made for cancelled registrations recieved at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event start time. Substitutions for registrations are allowed and encouraged. Chamber members may also opt to recieve a credit for cancellations made 24 hours ahead of time.
To cancel your registration and request a refund or credit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note, no refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Free Event Cancellation Policy
For a free event, there is no cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you emailing email@example.com to let us know at least 24 hours prior to the event.
