Experience includes 18 years of progressive leadership responsibility in the field of higher education, including engaging strategically with presidents and trustees to advance college mission and goals; directing student life departments with multiple functional areas and supervising full-time staff, graduate assistants, and undergraduate students; managing the operations of a nationally ranked graduate program; participating in the start-up of a community college research center; and teaching undergraduate- and graduate-level courses in leadership, organizational theory, higher education, and college success skills.
