Rainier Estates began in 1986, when our founder, Lisa Taylor started working in an antique store in Bellevue Village, located in the Great Pacific Northwest. Fast forward to today, her expertise has become vast to include multiple certifications, licenses and decades of experience assisting home sellers with every aspect of the moving transition. Assisting so many PNW families, our team had to continue to grow to keep the pace, but also to maintain the quality of services our company exudes and our clients deserve. The family team expanded and added many professional trusted vendors, consultants and vetted staff.
