Paul Clark

Paul is the owner and chief engineer at Factoria Labs. He graduated from the University of Washington with a Masters in Electrical Engineering and proceeded to a career in the semiconductor industry. After 10 years as a mixed-signal chip designer and 6 years working on IC development tools, Paul found a new challenge working on InfoSec projects using Software Defined Radio (SDR). Frustrated by the lack of clear and concise resources for learning gnuradio and SDR, he decided to co-write the Field Expedient SDR book series. He then adapted the material from these books to a series of live, hands-on trainings. He's since taught these classes to students of all skill levels, at conferences as well as private venues.
