Beth Osborne

Beth Osborne has over 18 years of experience in public policy, coalition-building, advocacy and community engagement through working in government, nonprofit and private sectors. As Director of Local Public Affairs at Bellevue-based Symetra, she leads the Symetra Empowers corporate giving program and manages the company’s local relationships with elected officials, business and nonprofit organizations within Symetra’s national footprint. She has worked on a variety of issues ranging from climate and energy, infrastructure, economy, education, and women’s issues while holding roles as Deputy State Director of Outreach for U.S. Senator Patty Murray, Senior Federal Government Relations Manager for the Port of Seattle and Deputy Chief of Staff for then-U.S. Representative Jay Inslee. She volunteers on the Boards of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, The Sophia Way and the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce’s Policy Leadership Group. Beth loves travelling internationally and spending time at her family’s cabin on Whidbey Island.
