Christopher Lewis

Dr. Lewis grew up catching insects and playing with his grandpa’s pets in San Antonio, Texas—interests that would inspire a decades-long career. After completing undergrad at Princeton University and graduating from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Lewis caught a different kind of bug—this one for emergency medicine. Following completion of an internship at a specialty practice in Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Lewis joined a 24-hour clinic and went on to run their E.R. department. To broaden his experience, he worked for three years as a Medical Director at a successful primary care practice before returning to emergency medicine as a Medical Director for seven years.

Now, Dr. Lewis brings his expertise and passion to the Pacific Northwest, where his commitment to high quality medicine, love of mentoring, and deep respect for veterinary technicians and support staff serve as the foundation for the Bellevue area’s premier emergency and specialty hospital.
