Professional Bio
Kristi serves as the Vice President of Community Development at Rowley Properties, Inc., where she concentrates on strategic governmental relations, land use, and creating a positive community impact. She began her career in the community and technical college system and holds a strong background in workforce and economic development. As the Director of the Business Training Center at Lake Washington Institute of Technology, she spearheaded initiatives collaborating with major companies such as Harley Davidson, Boeing, and the Snoqualmie Tribe among others to address regional workforce needs.
Kristi played a pivotal role in securing a 30-year development agreement with the City of Issaquah, facilitating the on-going transformation of Rowley Properties’ 78 acres into two thriving mixed-use neighborhoods: Hyla Crossing and Rowley Center. A native of Washington, Kristi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Society, Ethics, and Human Behavior from the University of Washington and is dedicated to fostering meaningful community connections. With a history of participation in key local boards and leadership roles, she remains committed to fostering sustainable economic development and business growth.
