Jessica Matthews

Jessica has worked in the A/E/C industry for more than 15 years. She currently leads HDR's business development program for Transportation in Washington State. In this role, she develops new growth initiatives and partners with technical experts to serve a broad based client portfolio. She is passionate about promoting the development of livable, well-connected communities. She also supports inclusive contracting practices and mentoring small and disadvantaged businesses.
