Jamie Nguyen

Jamie Nguyen is an Associate Broker with Wallace Properties, Inc. specializing in commercial leasing and sales in the Greater Seattle area. Jamie joined Wallace as an intern before being promoted to Associate Broker, where she supports senior brokers on portfolio transactions, medical office acquisitions, and new business development. Her work spans financial modeling and BOV preparation, lease review, and marketing across office, medical, dental, and retail transactions.

Prior to Wallace, Jamie's experience spanned from residential leasing to non-profit community development lending, giving her a grounded understanding of real estate from both a commercial and community impact perspective.

Jamie earned her Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of Washington's Runstad Department and holds a Washington State Brokerage License. She currently serves on the Young Leaders and Community Enhancement Committee with the NAIOP Washington State Chapter, where her volunteer work includes organizing community service projects across the Greater Seattle area.
