Donald Lam

Donald Lam’s legal practice focuses on advising small privately held businesses and individuals in business formation, commercial transactions, merger and acquisitions, and technology licensing matters. He speaks fluent Chinese (Cantonese), and represents clients in technology and intellectual property licensing, including matters involving software, patents, trademarks, and technology concerning business models.
Much of Donald’s practice is devoted to mergers and acquisitions representation; typically in transactions ranging from several hundred thousand dollars to $10 million or more. He additionally assists clients through the preparation of shareholder and “buy-sell” agreements, LLC agreements, and shareholder/owner buy-outs.
