Rob Shoemaker

A Montana State grad, Rob leads the systems side of the Chamber, designing the automation and AI tools that help our small team work faster and smarter behind the scenes, and keeping all of our platforms working together seamlessly. He also runs the Chamber's digital communications, from our website and social media to our blogs, making sure we show up online with clarity, consistency, and a little bit of personality.

Rob got his start co-founding Northlake Detail, a mobile boat detailing business, where he led all marketing efforts and grew the company from the ground up. Since then he's worked in sales support at Seattle Boat Company, helped with digital marketing for the Seattle Mariners, and served as a Communications Associate on the No on I-2117 campaign — crafting messages, coordinating media, and helping protect Washington's climate laws. That mix of marketing, storytelling, and hands-on building is what he brings to the Chamber every day.

These days, Rob's focused on building out the Chamber's automation and AI systems while keeping our digital presence sharp. When he's not building something, you'll probably find him skiing, golfing, or fly fishing somewhere in the Northwest.
