Jon joined Overlake in 2014 as Director of Strategic Planning. He has been instrumental in setting Overlake’s strategic direction, establishing organizational partnerships, leading clinic network development and planning for Project FutureCare, Overlake’s $250 million campus renewal project.

Jon oversees Overlake’s departments of strategic analytics and planning, marketing, communications and community engagement, performance excellence (continuous performance improvement), selected service lines, and digital transformation.
