World-renowned Swedish bedmaker Hästens has opened its first flagship showroom in the Pacific Northwest, right in the heart of downtown Bellevue. Come help us welcome them! 

For over 173 years, Hästens has led the world in the pursuit of extraordinary sleep. Handcrafted in Köping, Sweden, each bed is made from the finest natural materials, including sustainably sourced horsehair, organic cotton, wool, and slow-grown Swedish pine, all designed to deliver generations of comfort. As a Purveyor to the Royal Court of Sweden and a name synonymous with legacy and excellence, Hästens continues to redefine rest across more than 45 countries.  

Hästens presence in the Pacific Northwest was brought to  life by The Lyx Group, a partnership that consists of three long-time friends: Mark Potvin, Marcus Avenstam, and Greg Laverseyn who connected through a shared appreciation of Mid-century Modern architecture, classic cars and thoughtful, quality design. We are excited to have them in Bellevue and as members of the Chamber.
