Bellevue Chamber of Commerce (“Bellevue Chamber,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us, register for events, subscribe to communications, engage with our programs, or use services connected to this Site.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly to us, such as:

  • event registration details, payment-related information processed through our service providers, and membership-related information;

  • form submissions, inquiries, survey responses, testimonials, media submissions, or other communications;

  • account or login-related information if you use member or event-related services.

We may also automatically collect certain information when you use the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral information, and interactions with the Site through cookies, analytics, pixels, or similar technologies.

2. Google Account, Drive, and Photos Data

If you choose to connect a Google account or authorize a Google service in connection with a Bellevue Chamber workflow, we may access only the information and permissions you authorize.

Depending on the workflow, that may include:

  • basic account information;

  • file and folder metadata;

  • file contents;

  • image or media metadata;

  • photo or media content;

  • activity needed to complete the workflow you requested.

We use this information only to operate, maintain, and improve the specific Bellevue Chamber workflow or service you requested, such as file handling, content operations, event support, communications, administrative processing, archiving, or approved internal automation.

We do not sell Google user data.

We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.

We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine learning models unless we clearly disclose that separately and obtain any required consent.
