Aaron Gazes

Born and raised in Kirkland, Washington, Aaron initially received world class training in commercial aviation from University of North Dakota. With a strong work ethic and drive for success, Aaron turned to Real Estate in 2012 and is currently a Global Real Estate Advisor specializing in the Kirkland, Bellevue, & greater Eastside neighborhoods. A strong advocate for world class customer service, Aaron strives on giving only the best service to his clients. Aaron enjoys working with new home buyers due to their excitement of entering the market while also primarily focusing on bringing on new listings at all price points to the market. In addition, Aaron has previously worked with several investors on property acquisitions. In 2012 Aaron managed a large hedge fund account, wrote 200+ offers and sought out 50+ acquisitions for that particular client. His savvy eye for details always wins out for the investment minded. Aaron is a manager of the Kirkland WA Connections networking group and is very active in his community. Aaron was recently honored with the Firecracker award for his outstanding performance and dedication to Real Estate. In his spare time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his 5 year old son Grayson, engaging in community service events, coaching Grayson’s t-ball team, and improving his golf game at his home course, Inglewood Golf Club in Kenmore.
