Professional Bio
Alli Burton is a Bellevue entrepreneur, community advocate, and business leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations grow, develop talent, and build meaningful partnerships.
As Founder and President of Borgia Consulting and Co-Founder of Obsidian Development Group, Alli works at the intersection of workforce development, economic growth, critical infrastructure, and community readiness. She is passionate about helping businesses and communities prepare for the opportunities and challenges that come with community, development and economic resilience to climate, power readiness and long-term community sustainability.
Known for bringing people together, Alli collaborates with business leaders, educators, workforce organizations, public agencies, and industry partners to create stronger connections between community needs and economic opportunity. She believes that lasting prosperity depends on investing in both infrastructure and the people who make communities thrive.
A Bellevue resident since 2008, Alli is deeply invested in the future of Washington State. She has a lifelong interest in Washington history, the people and industries that built the region, and the policies that will shape its next chapter. She is also an advocate for responsible growth, environmental stewardship, and preparing communities for the rapid changes driven by technology, energy demand, and economic development.
Outside of work, Alli enjoys learning about local history, discussing public policy and climate issues, supporting community initiatives, and, like many lifelong Washington sports fans, navigating the occasional heartbreak that comes with loving Seattle teams.
Whether she's making introductions, mentoring emerging leaders, supporting local organizations, or helping communities prepare for the future, Alli is guided by a simple belief:
Strong communities don't happen by accident. They're built by people who care enough to get involved.
