Annette Rubin brings 26 years of consumer industry experience and connections in her role as CEO of HydroPeptide. She has driven aggressive results for both established multi-million dollar organizations and small start-ups. Her broad background gives her a unique perspective on diverse business models, operational and market challenges, and emerging consumer trends.
Annette is able to identify winning ideas and source the talent needed to build them into valuable businesses. She works with entrepreneurs to create solid platforms in which they can develop and scale their operations that are best suited to their overall goals and objectives.
Before joining HydroPeptide in 2012 Annette held the past positions of: President, CEO and co-founder of Belli Skincare, Vice-President of Advanced Biotechnologies, Account Executive at Estee Lauder Companies, and Assistant Buyer at the Famous Barr, LS Ayres and Jones Store divisions of May Companies. Annette is the co-author of the newly published book Belli Beautiful: The Essential Guide to the Safest Health and Beauty Products for Pregnancy, Mom and Baby. Annette majored in Anthropology and Psychology at Southern Illinois University. She fell in love with the consumer goods industry while paying her way through college as a Counter Manager for Clinique at Famous Barr. She now lives near Seattle, Washington with her husband Jason Rubin, MD, a family practitioner, and her two children Jackson and Cody.
