Ashley is a Consulting Partner at ERA Group who helps leadership teams unearth cash to reinvest where it’s most impactful by optimizing costs, improving processes, and cutting “noise” out of complex operations.
With more than 15 years as an operations leader and C-suite advisor, Ashley has led organizational transformations and complex, cross-functional projects across manufacturing, metals & mining, waste & recycling, and property development. Her career has spanned the US, Canada and Western Europe.
Early in her career, Ashley served as a Military Intelligence officer in the US Army. She holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Anthropology from Cornell University.
