About Cynthia:
Cynthia is a dynamic leadership professional with twenty five years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Director for the largest wireless carriers in the nation. Under her leadership, her sales teams performed at peak levels. At McCaw Cellular/ATT Wireless she was a six time annual winner of the Circle of Excellence Award for exceptional sales performance and leadership voted by her peers.
Besides her leadership in the wireless industry, Cynthia worked in management for Nordstrom and also has a background in Medical Supply Sales.
Her strong leadership skills, sales experience, and 25 years of management make her the obvious choice to deliver sales, leadership, customer satisfaction, and employee development courses for both TMI and TACK. She has delivered programs to all different departments within the organizations for which she has worked and is flexible moving from one industry to another. Cynthia is currently in charge of The Customer Experience for TMI and TACK accounts in the U.S.
She is a Senior Level Toastmaster and belongs to numerous leadership organizations in the Pacific Northwest where she resides. She is active in the Chamber of Commerce where she often speaks to members and community groups.
She resides in Seattle, Washington and also has a home in Arizona.
