David Hoffman

David Hoffman is Executive Director for Sound Cities Assocation. He was previously the Local Government Affairs and Public Policy Manager for Puget Sound Energy (PSE), representing the company throughout the east King County and Eastern Washington. He works with policy makers and advocacy organizations to advance clean energy policy that maintains reliability and affordability for PSE customers. Prior to joining PSE, David was the King County Government Affairs Manager for the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties, focusing on land use and housing policy throughout east King County.
David received his B.A. in Political Science from Central Washington University. He currently lives in Renton with his wife and two sons.
