Development Planning & Strategies is headed by Ross Woods, whose career in the real estate development and construction field spans over thirty years.
Ross Woods is a real estate development and construction management specialist whose expertise includes property due diligence, development team leadership, development strategy, project execution, and operations management. Throughout his career, Ross has successfully led the development and renovations of commercial, single and multi-family developments in Washington, Idaho, New Mexico, Texas, Florida, and Pennsylvania. He also successfully managed several insurance settlements for construction defect resolution, the construction of more than 6,000 multi-family and single-family homes, and commercial properties including historic renovations.
Ross served as executive vice president at Triad Development Inc. in Seattle, WA and president of Longitude 122 LLC, a general contracting arm of Triad specializing in new construction and renovations. In addition, Ross directed the day-to-day executive management and operations of over 65 office and field staff, attaining the highest respect not only from his direct reports, but also from his peers and colleagues. He was a member of the Triad team for over 18 years. Prior to joining Triad, Ross was with Lincoln Property Company in Dallas, TX and Philadelphia, PA
He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Dallas with a BA in Business.
