Hameed Ismailzada

I have over nine years of experience in the banking industry and currently serve as the Assistant Branch Manager at 1ST Security Bank of Washington. In my role, I am dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, overseeing daily branch operations, and supporting the branch manager in achieving our business goals.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong expertise in financial services, customer relationship management, and team leadership. I am proud to have received multiple Member Hero Awards at my previous employer for six consecutive years (2017-2022) and to have been nominated several times for Best in QA and the Million Dollar Club. These recognitions reflect my commitment to excellence and my ability to drive results.

I am a graduate of the Leadership Forum and have completed Leadership Success training, which has enhanced my leadership skills and communication abilities. As a Business Champion, I have driven quality assurance and led workshops to improve team performance. I have also led workshops to help new hires understand how to open business accounts, avoid errors, and collect the necessary documents. Additionally, I am certified in Medallion Signature for reliable document authentication, a Notary Public providing authorized notarization services, and NMLS certified with expertise in HELOC.

I am passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals and contributing to the success of 1ST Security Bank of Washington. I am committed to continuous professional development and strive to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices. Additionally, I am actively involved in community initiatives, volunteering my time to support local events and causes.

Outside of work, I am a proud father of three wonderful children—two boys and a girl—whom I adore
