Hilary didn't just stumble into real estate—she was obsessed with it. After buying two homes of her own, her broker introduced her to Mary Swanson at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices NW Real Estate, and the rest is history.
With 25 years of marketing and sales experience, Hilary brings strategic thinking and genuine care to everything she does. She previously served as Compliance Manager for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices NW Real Estate and founded Client Crate, a client retention program that helped real estate professionals stay connected through personalized gifting and thoughtful follow-up.
As Branch Manager of the Bellevue office, Hilary leads with an empathetic and entrepreneurial approach. She helps brokers understand their personal brand, market position, and competitive edge—then builds strategic plans to make it all work. Her leadership principle is simple: Peace of mind. Always.

Originally from Central Washington, Hilary now commutes over the Cascades from Roslyn to Bellevue daily—the best of both worlds. She's deeply connected to her community through volunteer work with Sophia Way, Village Volunteers, Snoqualmie Valley Indoor Playground, and is a founding member of Coal Town Clean-up, which deals solely with cleaning up the forests in and around Roslyn, WA.
Outside of real estate, Hilary is a published novelist, a mom (of a son and two pups), and an avid snowboarder.
