Professional Bio
Ian is leading the new 1.5-million-square-foot mixed-use project in downtown Bellevue for Amazon since 2019, and was part of the Seneca team responsible for developing over 4 million square feet of Class A office and retail space in downtown Seattle at Rufus 2.0.
Ian’s responsibilities on Amazon's Block 21 and Bellevue 600 projects include working with the cities and design teams to obtain major land use approvals and oversight of the permit, design, and construction phases. Prior to Block 21, Ian was responsible for delivering tenant improvement projects in Seattle for Amazon. Ian joined Seneca after eleven years with Heery International in Seattle, overseeing the delivery of public schools.
