Professional Bio

Jake brings 15 years of volunteer experience to FIRST Washington through Northshore School District, Northlake Little League, Seattle Selects Hockey Association, and Pacific Northwest Ballet, to name a few. Jake is originally from Boston and moved to the Pacific Northwest from New York in 2013. Jake studied Genetic Engineering at SUNY Fredonia and has always been a STEM advocate. Jake has worked with youth on many fronts as a Youth Development Coordinator at JCCA, and as women’s soccer coach for FC Greater Boston. Jake is thrilled to combine his two passions, Science and Sports, to help FIRST Washington thrive.
