Jason Barnwell embarked on his professional journey with Sellen Construction in 1998, igniting a trajectory marked by excellence. Throughout
his tenure as superintendent and senior superintendent, he steered teams through some of Sellen's most monumental and intricate projects to date.
Beyond his adept leadership on-site, Jason played a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring individuals across Sellen's field operations.
Elevating to the role of Senior Director of Operations, Jason now oversees Sellen's endeavors across the Puget Sound region, embodying the ethos of a
servant leader. He not only actively participates in community and industry endeavors but also advocates tirelessly for equity within the construction
domain. Outside of work, Jason finds solace and joy in the roles of husband and father, relishing moments spent skiing, golfing, and hiking with his loved
