Joel Fleming

Joel is a Bellevue native and experienced business leader with more than 40 years of success in business development, operations management, and technology services. Growing up in Bellevue gave him a deep appreciation for the Eastside business community and a passion for helping local organizations thrive.
Joel has served as General Manager for Premier Workspaces in Bellevue for the past 11 years, where he oversees operations, sales, marketing, staffing for two of Premier Workspaces 88 business centers. Under his leadership, the centers have maintained high occupancy and consistent profitability.
Joel has held leadership roles with Siemens and GTE/Verizon, where he managed strategic partnerships, business development initiatives, sales operations, sales teams, and enterprise account programs.
In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Joel has also worked in Bellevue as a startup consultant, financial advisor, and youth soccer trainer, reflecting his entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to mentoring and community engagement.
Joel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University and brings a unique combination of technical expertise, operational leadership, and relationship-building skills to every organization he serves.
