Ju Tu

Ju Tu is the founder of Aegeliss, a Bellevue-based startup dedicated to building a world for cognitive accessibility. Through thoughtfully designed visual support tools and engagement activities, Aegeliss helps caregivers create home environments that promote independence, engagement, and dignity for people living with dementia or other cognitive needs. Ju works closely with caregivers, senior living communities, and healthcare partners to translate research into practical solutions that improve everyday life.

Prior to founding Aegeliss, Ju was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she advised organizations on operational strategy and best practices, including work with Fortune 100 clients. She has extensive experience building and scaling corporate programs and brings this strategic background to advancing more accessible and supportive environments for aging populations.
