Executive Director, Medic One Foundation
Kim Duncan Martin serves as the Executive Director of the Medic One Foundation, bringing over 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience. Her career includes pivotal roles at Providence and Evergreen Health Foundations, where she specialized in philanthropy, strategic planning, and organizational growth.
Joining Medic One Foundation in 2000 as Director of Finance and Philanthropy, Kim was instrumental in developing the organization's financial and fundraising strategies. She managed key areas such as accounting, budgeting, human resources, donor acquisition, event planning, and annual fund management.
Since becoming Executive Director in February 2021, Kim has led the Foundation through significant expansion. Under her leadership, Medic One Foundation has broadened its services to include CPR/AED training, EMT scholarships, and community AED programs, while also achieving record-breaking contributions.
Kim's strategic vision and dedication to enhancing emergency care continue to build healthier, more resilient communities.
