Kitty Doenges

Kitty Doenges is Chief of Staff & Culture at PortX, a role she has held since April 2024, and a member of the company's executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. She has been with PortX since August 2022, originally serving as Senior Human Resources Manager before being promoted into the Chief of Staff role. She continues to own HR and company culture today, pairing operational leadership with deep insight into the people side of the company. Day to day, her work centers on supporting PortX's go-to-market motion and leading special cross-company projects.
Kitty's path to the executive table was built on a foundation of military and civilian leadership. A U.S. Army veteran, she served in Senior HR enlisted roles and state-level program manager positions for both Resilience and Suicide Prevention. Before moving into fintech, she spent years at Angie's List, where she built a reputation for delivering top-rated training programs.
