I have enjoyed a prosperous, rewarding career full of service-focused roles. During the early stages of my career, I held positions as a Supply Officer with the US Navy, a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and leading the Commercial Operations efforts for Philips Healthcare. In these roles, I learned the importance of gaining a deep understanding of my internal and external clients' goals, leading my teams to embrace those goals as their own, and working together to achieve more than we thought would be possible. Later in my career, I moved into senior sales leadership roles where I’ve helped numerous organizations launch new products, acquire new customers, and take their success to the next level. As a Business Performance Advisor with Insperity (www.insperity.com), I seek out successful business owners with growth mindsets and getting-better-agendas, and we work together to identify and close gaps they have in their human capital strategy, resources, and toolset that are keeping their teams from getting where they are supposed to be.
