Lauren Paolini is a seasoned External Affairs professional currently serving as an Area Manager for External & Legislative Affairs at AT&T, where she oversees strategic engagement across Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. With a strong track record in public safety engagement, legislative affairs, community outreach, and corporate social responsibility, Lauren has become a trusted liaison between AT&T and key stakeholders, including elected officials, public safety officials, nonprofit partners, and industry coalitions. Lauren has held multiple roles with the company over her 17-year career, including B2B sales, Public Safety sales, product marketing, Chief of Staff, and launched the FirstNet program in Washington state in 2018, working with the Governor’s Office to secure the State’s opt-in for the federally contracted public-private partnership.
