Professional Bio
With a background that includes national experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, development, brokerage, and asset management, Lex is instrumental in maximizing the long-term value of our clients’ real estate portfolios. Equally indispensable are his insights into the macro and micro trends shaping real estate markets across the U.S., from economic shifts to tenant behavior.
As we redevelop client assets, Lex ensures that every decision made—and every dollar invested—strategically aligns the property with the expectations of its target audience. Once development is complete, he oversees leasing and asset management, ensuring each property performs in line with the client’s real estate investment strategy and business plan.
Before joining Trinity, Lex spent four years at CBRE, advising mid-cap and large-cap office, retail, and industrial occupiers. He also served as a portfolio analyst at Washington Real Estate Holdings, helping manage state pension fund assets through the volatility of the Great Recession. Passionate about market intelligence, Lex remains an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Lex holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Denver. A passionate skier, mountaineer, and Francophile, he thrives on delivering tangible, lasting value for clients and communities.
