Lisa Poole

With 20 years experience in the traditionally male-dominated construction and insurance industries, Lisa Poole is known as a pioneer for women in these fields among peers and colleagues. Her outstanding record as a relationship-builder is powered by her unique blend of relentless energy, careful listening skills, and an intense focus on customer satisfaction.
Lisa’s career began in the insurance restoration industry, after she graduated from the University of Puget Sound Business Leadership Program, and she has held a variety of increasingly senior business development roles ever since. Before being recruited to construction industry, Lisa also spent several years as a Commercial Property & Casualty insurance broker, and she holds an Associated Risk Management (ARM) designation by The Institutes.
Lisa’s experience across the multiple fields of insurance restoration, commercial tenant improvement, roofing, structural engineering and residential construction, means that she brings an unusual breadth of perspective and understanding to every client conversation.
