Megan Sykes

I have 11+ years in student affairs, higher education administration, and partnerships. I began my journey in higher education with student-facing roles where I was committed to providing an encouraging and engaging campus environment for all students. I led a distributed team of enthusiastic advisors across the west coast region and focused on finding strategic and effective ways to foster innovative and culturally-responsive campus environments for our global community. Now, I work in the university's partnerships space and focus on establishing and managing the ongoing engagements with our academic and community partners at the Northeastern Seattle campus.

I received my Masters in Higher Education and Student Affairs at the University of San Francisco while interning with the Student Leadership and Engagement department. Since then, I have worked in a variety of positions ranging from program management, academic advising, and administration at public and private institutions. I currently work at Northeastern University as Associate Director of Academic & Community Partnerships for the Seattle campus, working to ensure positive partner experience and optimize the strategic value of our partnership work.

I am a proud and an esteemed graduate from the University of Puget Sound as well as a graduate from the University of San Francisco.
