Professional Bio
Melanie Vargas has coached hundreds of executives and teams from five continents, from startups to Fortune 50 firms and is a frequently requested facilitator and keynote speaker on topics such as resilience, change, culture, building confidence, leadership, and empowerment. She work with leaders from brands such as Fresenius Medical Care, CVS Health, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, Accenture, ServiceNow, and Airtable.
Most recently she was the Chief People officer of HaptX and was also President of a HR consulting firm for 16 years, where she managed a team of C-level HR professionals and executive coaches. Melanie is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and Hudson certified coach. She is also a CCMI-certified Team Coach. She is also the President of the Seattle Hudson Community and the Director of Outreach for WA State International Coaching Federation.
She is an executive coach, fractional HR executive, facilitator and speaker who thrives in complexity, reinvention, and real talk. Her career has been shaped by startups, shakeups, and a deep personal understanding of adversity.
