Professional Bio
Nick has been a KGIP team member since 2016 and is responsible for project management of our developments, as well as assisting our Property Management team with large tenant improvement and capital projects. He manages all facets of project management including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
Prior to becoming a Project Manager, Nick was an Operations Manager at KGIP handling a large office project in Downtown Bellevue. He was responsible for the day-to-day management of a Class A office and retail project totaling 1 million square feet leased by Microsoft.
