He is the founder of the LUMA Initiative, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering local business owners by helping them build practical, hands-on skills in AI and modern technology. Under his leadership, the LUMA Initiative is hosting a free, multi-format program this December to make these transformative tools accessible for long-term business growth. The program is supported by leaders from Microsoft, DECA, and local community foundations, reflecting Nihanth's commitment to fostering a network of skilled and forward-thinking entrepreneurs in our community.
