Pete Stone brings over two decades of investment expertise to Trinity Real Estate, combining Wall Street-caliber acumen with a practical, ground-level approach to commercial real estate. Since joining Trinity in 2010, Pete has applied his depth in investment, development, asset management, and advisory to help clients unlock value in even the most complex environments.
Previously, Pete spent 11 years at ING Clarion Partners, where he closed over $2 billion in real estate transactions nationwide. His portfolio experience spans hospitality, office, multifamily, industrial, and retail, and he excels at aligning investor goals with the nuanced realities of development and repositioning projects. Whether stewarding distressed assets or leading redevelopment bids, Pete is known for connecting opportunity with strategy and people with outcomes.
A recognized industry contributor, Pete serves on the Advisory Board of the Urban Land Institute's Pacific Northwest chapter and is an active member of both the Pacific Real Estate Institute and NAIOP. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Washington’s Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies.
Pete holds a BA from Cornell University and an MBA from New York University. Based in Seattle, he is a devoted husband and father of three, a competitive skier, an avid mountain biker, and a passionate chef.
