Professional Bio

As a member of the IBA team, I pride myself on representing business owners across Washington and Oregon, who are looking to sell their business and/or for exit strategies for their private or family owned business with revenues typically ranging from $1,000,000 and up. to typically $50,000,000. This includes assisting owners value their companies accordingly, identify and locate buyers, negotiate successful sales transactions, and implement a seamless transition to new ownership. With my Washington & Oregon state real estate broker licenses, I facilitate the sale or leasing of the related commercial real estate. I completed Columbia University's Mergers and Acquisitions program and have an Accounting degree along with an MBA.

IBA is a nearly 50 year old business intermediary firm, and the firm has completed over 4,300+ transactions in industries ranging from industrial to manufacturing, marine services to transportation, wholesale to distribution, technology to service, cannabis and alcohol/wine, franchise resales, and other business types. Clients receive confidential representation with the knowledge, experience, and professional skill set required to complete a business sale for the maximum market value while employing best practices.

As a former entrepreneur, I know firsthand the success, challenges and struggles that entrepreneurs and small business owners face everyday, because I've been there. These experiences along with my strong financial acumen and negotiation skills allow me to successfully assist Sellers navigate the sale of their largest retirement asset – their business.
