SHANNON L. BELL
Director of Treasury Management
Shannon is currently the Director of Treasury Management at First Fed. She oversees the Business Payments organization, elevating Commercial Payments through a Relationship Management Team of Treasury Management Officers, and Service Client Managers.
Shannon is formerly the Senior Vice President and the Commercial Payments Pacific Region Sales Manager, with oversight of the Enterprise Commercial Payments organization of Treasury Services, Merchant, and FX, throughout Washington, Oregon and Alaska for KeyBank.
Shannon has also led many organizations throughout her career; at Key Bank and JPMorgan Chase, leading markets for the Retail Bank throughout Washington State and leading Business Banking for the South Sound Region.
She is a former member of the Business Resource Group, WOTM and she served on the Key Executive Women’s Network; an internal network providing women executives and entrepreneurs a supportive environment that creates connections, enhances knowledge, builds relationships and leverages resources to help businesses thrive.
Shannon is committed to education and diversity within the communities she serves. She is an alumnus of the 2013 Leadership Tomorrow class and continues to remain committed to being a Servant Leader: previously serving on the Leadership Tomorrow Board of Directors, the YWCA Board of Directors, and serving as Treasurer and President on the Foundation Board of Highline College.
She graduated from the University of Arizonia with a bachelor’s degree in business management and received a master’s certificate from the School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia.
Shannon and her husband, Frederick, live in Black Diamond, WA and have two daughters, Raiven and Jasmyne.
