Spencer Leamer

Spencer Leamer’s real estate career began as a Project Procurement Manager for a national general contractor. During this time, he refined a skillset in negotiation, execution, and the management of subcontracts and supplier agreements for infrastructure projects with budgets in the millions to hundreds of millions of dollars. Having grown up visiting construction sites with his father (a journeyman electrician) and being born and raised in the Seattle area, a transition to real estate was a natural fit for Spencer. In this ever-changing industry the challenges are great, but the rewards are even greater. People who buy and sell real estate need someone who is organized, committed to mastery, and able to provide solutions to complex problems.
Leveraging the expertise of his lengthy tenure in the construction world, Spencer’s commitment to every client is to communicate frequently with honesty and integrity, be creative, and deliver results. As a native Washingtonian, Spencer has always been drawn to the outdoors and the call of the mountains. In his free time, he enjoys travel, riding motorcycles, and finding a great cheeseburger. In this spirit, he likes to remind his friends and clients alike to keep the shiny side up and the rubber side down.
