Professional Bio
As a corporate training director, I bring interactivity, engagement, and the latest applied psychology research to the classroom, helping managers and others build professional skills such as strong emotional intelligence, communication, and conflict resolution. In addition, I coach clients using deep listening strategies.
With one of the highest success rates in mediation and collaborative coaching, empathy is my go-to, seeking understanding and agreement using creativity and compromise. I have been singled out repeatedly by managers, peers, and students as an example of clear and down-to-earth communication, both in writing and speaking.
My management style is based on the leader-leader principle, and I strive to walk the talk. I crave opportunities to be an advocate and catalyst for change using Lean and continuous improvement tools, building diverse and inclusive communities where individuals are valued for their strengths every day.
