Professional Bio
Former Executive Managing Director / Partner, Holland Partner Group for 12 years. Holland is an investor, developer, contractor and manager of market rate multi-family properties.
Prior to Holland Tom was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the NW region for Opus NW for 13 years, following a role of Vice President- Marketing for 10 years with Fisher Properties, the real estate division of Fisher Companies.
Tom graduated from Principia College with a BA in Business, earning letters for 4 years on both Football and Golf teams. Tom is past president of NAIOP, past Chair of ULI Northwest, and a past participant in numerous business and civic organizations over his career in the real estate industry.
