His elder sister had a tailoring business that was a significant influence during his childhood. Intrigued by her work and the artistry involved, he closely observed her sewing. While his family initially dismissed his interest in fashion, Gustave's determination remained resolute. His creative inclinations grew as he experimented with making small garments for dolls and showcased a knack for clean and precise sewing. As Gustave honed his skills and continued to pursue his passion, his talent became undeniable and stunned the community around him with the potential that he flashed.
